Refund policy

• Standard Products: For non-customized products, we offer a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery, provided the item is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.
• Custom-Designed Watches: Due to the personalized nature of our custom watches, custom orders cannot be returned or refunded unless the product arrives physically damaged, defective, or structurally different from the design you ordered online.
• Damaged Goods: If your watch arrives damaged, you must report it to us at support@munnawatches.com within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographic proof.
• Product Warranty: All watches come with a specific warranty coverage. The exact scope, terms, and duration of coverage are strictly as described on the physical warranty card included inside your watch box.
