- To scrape, crawl, or extract data from our watch customization platform without explicit permission.
Limitation of Liability
- No Guarantees: We do not guarantee, represent, or warrant that your use of our service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.
- Cap on Damages: In no case shall Munna Watches, our founder Musharraf Husain, directors, employees, or partners be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind—including lost profits or lost savings—arising from your use of any of our services or products. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the price you paid for the product.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal disputes or claims arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in New Delhi, India.
